As the label says, Dallas Dhu is one of the closed distilleries in Scotland (founded 1899 - closed in 1983), the old distillery buildings of Dallas Dhu are now used to house a museum. Luckily you can still find some independent bottlings for reasonable price - seek and you shall find.
Nose: Sweet yellow tropical fruits (such as mango, papaya, orange), very fresh, powerful and well balanced. Adding water brings out some floral notes.
Palate: Fresh, oily,lemony (limoncello), mint, very herbal, sweet,light notes of medium roasted coffee, sharp and complex.
Finish: Long, lemony, herbal.
Very fresh and vibrant whisky for the summer.

Como se dice en la etiqueta, Dallas Dhu es una de las destilerías cerradas en Escocia (fundada en 1899 - cerrado en 1983), los viejos edificios de Dallas Dhu hoy en día sirven de museo. Por suerte todavía es posible encontrar algunos bottlings/embotellamientos independientes a precios razonables - quien busca, encuentra.
Nariz: Frutas amarillas dulces (como por ejemplo mango, papaya, naranja), muy fresco, poderoso y buen equilibrio. Añadirle un poco de agua suscita unas notas florales.
Paladar: Fresco, oleaginoso, sabor a limón (limoncello), menta, muy herbario, dulce, unos toques ligeros de café medianamente tostado, intenso y complejo.
Final: Largo, sabor a limón, herbario.
Un whisky muy fresco y vibrante para el verano.
